My wife and I hiked this trail. It just shows how this cave was used for shelter because of the spring that seeped water out of the cave walls. What made this hike a bit adventurous were two ladders you had to ascend to get to the rock on top. Going up the ladders would have been easier than climbing down them so I recommend hiking this trail in a clockwide direction.
