My wife and I hiked to the Aztec Butte. The ruins are on top of the butte and my wife didn't feel comfortable scrambling up, so i went by myself. Once I found the ruins, they were a bit disappointing. Nothing to write home about. What made the hike worthwhile was the beautiful views from the top of the butte. I also hiked up another butte that supposedly had some storage ruins, but I didn't find them after walking all the way around. I think the sign on top of the butte was simply pointing out how some of the many holes in the side of the rock cliff may have been used for storage.
