Buffalo Run Park is located in Missouri City (I affectionately call it Misery City). It is a large park with several lakes, a play area, an observation tower, and a system of trails. Some trails are paved concrete and others are dirt. The park is fairly scenic so the hike stays interesting. There are display maps posted throughout the park so you always know where you are, but there are no distance signs.
